Rise Growth Partners LLC (together with its affiliates, “Rise,” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the information you share with Rise, including through: (a) Rise’s website, https://risegrowth.com; (b) your use of Rise’s products or services, including SaaS products or services (our “Services”); and (c) through any other website or application where this Privacy Policy is posted (each place information is shared individually, a “Site”). 

Rise provides business-to-business (B2B) enterprise services to financial services firms and their personnel. We primarily collect and process business contact information from professionals in the course of providing our Services to business clients. This Privacy Policy covers both (i) information we collect from our business customers and their authorized users, and (ii) information we collect from visitors to our public-facing website.

By using our Services pursuant to an agreement with your employer or firm, or by voluntarily providing information to Rise, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you are an authorized user under a customer agreement, your use of our Services is also governed by that agreement. 

This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices in accordance with applicable law. Depending on your location and our business activities, various privacy laws may apply, and the specific rights and protections available to you will depend on the laws applicable to your specific situation

1. Information We Collect

In the course of providing our B2B Services, we collect business contact information, including:
  • Name, business email address, business phone number
  • Company/firm name, job title, professional role
  • Information you provide when using our Services, submitting inquiries, or attending business events
B.     Service Usage Information

When you use our Services or visit our Sites, we may collect:
  • Account credentials and authentication information
  • Usage data, feature interactions, and service configurations
  • Browser type, IP address, referring website, pages visited
  • Analytics data collected via cookies and tracking technologies
C. Information from Business Customers 

When your employer or firm contracts for our Services, we may receive information about you from that business customer as necessary to provide the Services under our agreement with them.

We may use the information we collect for business purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Providing and managing our Sites and services;
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support;
  • Sending business marketing communications, such as information about our Services, industry insights, and educational content. Our B2B marketing communications comply with CAN-SPAM and include opt-out options in each message;

  • Complying with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze trends, and gather data about how visitors use our Sites. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, you will need to delete your cookies using your internet browser settings. We implement cookie practices in accordance with applicable law and to the extent technically feasible.

We do not sell, rent, or trade business contact information to third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share information with:

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets.
We do not sell or share business contact information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share such information with third parties only for the lawful reasons stated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Text Messaging.  All the stated categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. End users can opt out of receiving further messages by replying “STOP” or ask for more information by replying “HELP.” Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Certain information may be transmitted to you by email. Although it is illegal to intercept or disclose such messages under U.S. Federal law, no software system or transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure at all times.

Therefore, Rise makes no representations or warranties regarding the sufficiency of any Site’s security measures. Rise shall not be responsible for any damages, including without limitation consequential damages, resulting from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy as a result of a security breach or technical malfunction. In the event of a security breach requiring notification under applicable law, Rise will provide such notification in accordance with our legal obligations.

For business customers using our Services, breach notification will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations and the terms of your applicable service agreements with Rise.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Marketing Communications: You may opt out of business marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or contacting us at info@risegrowth.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days, though you may receive messages that were already in process.

Access and Correction: If you would like to access, update, or correct your business contact information in our systems, please contact us at info@risegrowth.com. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

Data Subject Rights: Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction with such rights and would like to make a request, please contact us. Please note:

  • If your information is processed in connection with Services provided to your employer or firm, some requests may need to be directed to or coordinated with your organization.
  • Legal requirements and exemptions may apply to our handling of your request.
  • We will evaluate and respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
7. Third-Parties

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We use reputable third-party service providers to help us deliver and improve our Services, including providers of hosting, data storage, analytics, customer support, and business communications tools. We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure these service providers handle information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, applicable privacy laws, and contractual commitments.

For business customers who have contracted for our Services: Our Platform EULA and Third-Party Services EULA (for External Services) are provided during onboarding. Information about sub-processors may be provided pursuant to your applicable service agreement.

8. Business Use Only

Our Services are intended solely for use by business professionals in connection with their professional activities. Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. California Privacy Rights

Rise does not currently meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) applicability requirements based on our business size and operations. If we meet these requirements in the future, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy accordingly. California residents may contact us at info@risegrowth.com with questions about how we handle information. While we are not currently subject to CCPA/CPRA requirements, we strive for transparency in our data practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.  Your continued use of any Site or Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy, including any updates.

11. Contact Us

We retain sole and absolute discretion in resolving all questions relating to the administration, interpretation and application of this Privacy Policy, except as required by law or regulation. This authority includes construing the terms of this Privacy Policy, including any ambiguous terms.
