Position Overview
The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team and drive operational efficiency within the firm. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced start up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and refine the company’s strategic plan
- Support partnership in development, tracking and reporting on business initiatives and metrics
- Conduct research and analysis to support business planning and execution
Operational Support
- Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage corporate calendar, schedule meetings, prepare materials and follow up on action items
- Oversee executive admin function and ensure quality of service for Rise executive leadership
- Manage travel and purchasing for the team
- Handle administrative tasks
Executive Team Coordination
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure that all departments work together harmoniously
- Manage agendas, note capture and follow ups from all-staff and executive leadership meetings
Stakeholder Communications:
- Prepare investor updates and presentations, coordinate board communications with COO
- Serve as liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Project Management:
- Lead special projects and initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Identify, implement and champion best practices for effective project management across the firm
Talent Management
- Manage human resources’ function, policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting, staff onboarding and employee development
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferably within PE, management consulting, corporate
- Knowledge or experience in wealth management, brokerage or securities business a plus
- Proficiency in digital workplace tools and fluent in using Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Ability to lead documented workflows and improve productivity efficiency

- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards and an ability to maintain confidentiality
